Yet, before fully plunging into the joyful bustle of the festive season, we are all about to pause at its threshold — Thanksgiving Day.
At Velvetech, we also take a step back to reflect on the year gone by and recognize the achievements, events, and moments — big and small — that we’re thankful for. Yes, our annual tradition of sharing gratitude never fades. If anything, it lives on in our blog posts, where we highlight the things we appreciate most.

We strive to deliver value to each of our clients, and this aspiration underlies everything we do. From solving complex business challenges to turning ambitious ideas into real-world projects, Velvetech is happy to see the success of technology initiatives and honored to be part of them. Undeniably, this would never be possible without the trust that companies place in us.
While we were thrilled to welcome more than 25 new clients this year, a large share of our projects came from long-term partnerships. For example, we’re proud to keep supporting an EdTech company in building and growing its eLearning platform. Impressively, this collaboration has been thriving for more than 20 years, and in 2025 alone, we delivered around 10 projects here, focusing primarily on AI-based solutions.
Another fruitful partnership that continues to bear results is with our client in the logistics sector. Here, we bring our data engineering expertise to the table, designing robust data warehousing, analytics, and visualization tools that enable efficient inventory, shipment, and vendor relationship management.
Team’s Contribution
Similar to how clients help Velvetech evolve from the outside, our team keeps pumping the rhythm from the inside. Each of us has taken a significant leap in mastering new skills and growing expertise, with AI at the core of all.
While some team members leverage intelligence to optimize workflows and automate mundane tasks, others dive deep into the technology to make it a foundational element of the solutions we build. All of this aligns well with Velvetech’s strategy to become an AI-first company, emphasizing our intent to deliver better, faster, and cost-effectively.
Riding the AI wave was also a leitmotif of Velvetel’s growth this year. Our team worked hard to implement new features and strengthen our flagship product — an AI-powered platform for customer-facing communications. It’s designed for businesses looking to boost customer interactions, improve team productivity, and deliver exceptional experiences.

Driven by a deep sense of appreciation, we want to thank our partners for their ability to stand by us, no matter how ambitious or challenging the goals may be. In particular, we’re honored to continue supporting our partnerships with RingCentral, Salesforce, and Creatio, working together to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.
With Creatio, for example, we not only build tech products but also share our expertise at the annual Low-Code/No-Code Days conference. This year, we talked about how the combo of agentic AI, no-code, and CRM can supercharge workflows across industries and what true automation means for modern businesses.
We also deeply value our long-standing collaboration with Microsoft. The MS Solutions Partner status we earned earlier this year validates our expertise in building apps on the Azure platform and highlights our extensive knowledge of AI tools and data-based technologies.
