2026 is already coming on the heels of this year, and in just a few weeks, we’ll all be gathering with family and friends to welcome it. But before the holiday rush takes over, it feels like the perfect moment to pause and reflect on the year that’s nearly behind us.
First and foremost, we want to extend a heartfelt thank-you to our clients and partners. Some of you have been with us for many years, and some have only recently joined our journey — but each relationship means a lot to us.
A special thank-you goes to our incredible team. None of this would have been possible without your dedication, intelligence, and professionalism. We see your effort, we appreciate it, and we’re proud to have you shaping Velvetech’s future.
And of course, to 2025 itself. It brought its fair share of challenges and plenty of opportunities, and together we made the most of them.
This recap highlights the moments and milestones that defined our year. So let’s take a brief break from the New Year bustle and look back at the path we traveled in 2025.
Velvetel Contact Center Improvements
As you may have noticed, 2025 was marked with a special commitment to personalization. Companies strive to deliver exceptional customer service by all means, conducting additional training for the personnel, and meanwhile implementing the latest achievements of technical evolution.
We totally understand that the bar of customer expectations is now incredibly high, and our mission is to help companies align with them. That’s why this year, we made a special focus on our inner product — Velvetel, an AI-powered contact center solution, intended for both growing companies and large enterprises.
This year, Velvetel has grown beyond a traditional contact center into a fully agentic AI platform, designed to make every customer interaction feel personal and effortless. At the heart of this evolution is agentic AI, our “digital teammate” that can handle routine tasks autonomously: from confirming appointments and updating CRM records to following up after calls. This lets human teams focus on what truly matters: connecting with customers in a meaningful way.
Now, personalization is built into every layer of Velvetel. The omnichannel workspace brings voice, SMS, and email together in one interface, so agents have the full context of every conversation. The enterprise-grade CRM, integrated into the product, gives teams a 360° view of every customer, enabling tailored interactions that feel thoughtful and relevant.
Pulse AI adds another layer of personalization, providing real-time prompts, dynamic scripts, and “golden phrases” to help agents respond naturally and effectively. When combined with Velvetel telephony, it delivers a fully integrated voice experience built around context and data. At the same time, clients who choose to keep their existing phone systems can tap into these capabilities seamlessly through Velvetel Connect.
The impact on the customer experience is tangible. Our clients point out that call handling times have dropped by 40-45%, conversion rates have increased significantly, and interactions are more consistent and personalized, guided by real data rather than gut feelings.
Expertise Growth to Bring the Most Ambitious Client Ideas to Life
2025 was a year full of challenges, innovation, and rapid transformation. Progress never slows down, and helping our clients stay ahead of their competitors remains our top priority. While advancing Velvetel, we also continued to deepen our technical expertise and master the modern tools that allow us to turn even the most ambitious client ideas into reality.
Below are some of the standout projects that made this journey truly remarkable.
Using AI as a Natural Part of Modern Work
Artificial intelligence has stopped being something unusual or futuristic long ago; it’s already an indispensable part of everyday work. It runs quietly in the background: speeding up tasks that used to take hours, helping teams make decisions with more confidence, and taking over the routines nobody enjoys. At this point, ignoring its capabilities is almost like choosing to work slower than the market expects.
AI-Driven Underwriting Made Simple
A great example is the platform we built for a financial company in the US. Their underwriting team had been drowning in PDFs, scans, and scattered documents that couldn’t be properly analyzed or structured. The previous system didn’t help at all: it merely stored files “as is,” without any attempt to extract or interpret the data.
We decided not to patch the old product but to build a new platform from scratch. Today, AI extracts data even from the messiest documents, cleans and structures the information, and runs it through a flexible decision tree to produce an initial loan assessment. Integrations with Experian, MoneyThumb, and Clear allow creditworthiness checks to happen instantly, without manual work.
The AI Shift in Quality Assurance Approach
Artificial intelligence has found its place in software testing as well, and our experts now actively use its strengths to deliver truly reliable, high-quality applications. Despite all the early excitement, AI hasn’t replaced QA engineers, and realistically, it won’t. What it has done is make their work faster, smarter, and far less repetitive. It helps draft test scenarios, uncovers additional cases worth validating, and handles routine functional checks that used to consume hours.
So, despite the AI’s power, we still strongly believe the core of quality assurance remains human. These are people who define the logic, decide what matters, set the rules, and review the results.
Find out whether QA Automation Is a Golden Standard or Unattainable Luxury
For instance, when we brought AI into the testing workflow for Velvetel, it drastically reduced the time needed to set up the basic test infrastructure and simple UI checks. Yet the final quality still depended on our team, their product knowledge, attention to detail, and engineering sense.
Helping Clients with Taming Data Streams
If there’s one thing businesses rely on today as much as people, it’s data. But as data volumes grow and operations become more complex, even the most established systems start to crack: pipelines break, dashboards drift away from reality, and decisions turn into educated guesses.
That’s why one of our major focuses in 2025 was helping clients to overcome their data-related challenges.
Rebuilding a Broken Analytics Foundation for a Wire Manufacturer
A large U.S. low-voltage wire manufacturer came to us with a data landscape in chaos. Pipelines failed daily, data from multiple systems didn’t align, and Power BI dashboards showed numbers no one trusted. Teams had to double-check every metric manually — analytics slowed them down instead of helping.
Our data engineers restored their system from the ground up: rebuilt ingestion, fixed schemas, reconstructed all transformation logic, and stabilized the entire flow from bronze to gold. We added real-time failure alerts and a full data quality layer that catches schema drift, mismatches, and anomalies before they reach reports.
Another outstanding thing we delivered was a generative data agent — an AI assistant that explains metrics, helps explore data, and can generate new insights or report variations on request. Suddenly, analytics became accessible not only to data specialists but to the whole organization, which facilitated decision-making at all levels.

Turning Paper Logs Into a Connected Digital System for an Oil Producer
Another milestone project came from a Texas-based oil company operating more than 40 wells across remote regions. Field workers relied on handwritten notes to record tank levels and well conditions — a process prone to delays, missing data, and major operational risks.
We built a cross-platform SaaS system that works equally well in the office and in harsh field conditions, including areas with no connectivity. Pumpers can now record data offline, sync it when the connection returns, and rely on built-in versioning to prevent overwrite conflicts when multiple workers inspect the same site.
We designed the interface for glove use, introduced instant back-office communication with photo attachments, and added analytics for forecasting tank capacity and assessing well profitability.
This project highlighted how transformative it is to connect field-level data with business intelligence, and how essential it is to design with real-world constraints in mind.

Deepening into the Blockchain Topic
In recent years, terms “blockchain”, “tokenization”, and the like have turned into real buzzwords, and we’ve seen a clear shift: blockchain is no longer a niche technology reserved for crypto startups. It’s becoming a practical tool for businesses that work with assets, compliance-heavy workflows, and global investor operations.
That growing demand naturally pushed us to expand our blockchain expertise. Our goal is simple here: help clients bring complex financial products on-chain in a way that’s transparent, secure, and easy for investors to adopt. Here are several examples of our work:
Tokenizing Revenue-Generating Portfolios
For an investment firm, we built a platform that transforms offline revenue-producing assets into digital tokens with clear mechanics: a dual-token model, staking, automated buybacks, and intuitive investor dashboards.
The modular architecture now allows the client to launch new investment products way faster, with less overhead and fewer technical risks.

An On-Chain Platform for Real Estate and Private Credit
We delivered an MVP for tokenizing real estate and debt instruments for a fintech company. The solution included on-chain onboarding with KYC/AML, stablecoin-based transactions, a flexible tokenization engine, and full admin tools.
With solid compliance logic and resilient smart contracts, the client was able to safely bring their first tokenized assets to market and build a foundation for future growth.

Recognition, Events, and Team Growth
2025 was a year of action and growth for Velvetech. We sharpened our expertise, attended global events, and earned recognitions for our achievements. Let’s take a look at the milestones that made this year remarkable.
Microsoft Solutions Partner Status
This year, Velvetech earned the Microsoft Solutions Partner designation in two key areas: Data & AI (Azure) and Digital & App Innovation. For us, it’s more than a credential. It’s an acknowledgment that we know how to build reliable cloud architectures, work with big data, and apply AI in ways that deliver real business value.
Behind this recognition are years of hands-on experience with Azure, deep expertise in analytics, automation, and modern app development, and a commitment to creating solutions that scale with our clients’ growth. Meanwhile, for businesses, it means partnering with a team that confidently works with advanced Microsoft technologies and turns ambitious ideas into practical, tangible results.
Participation in No-Code Days Florida
Traditionally, this year we also joined Creatio No-Code Days in Florida, an event that brings together companies that are no longer just automating tasks, but dramatically altering the approach their entire organizations follow.
Velvetel, our AI-powered contact center, sparked a lot of interest. We focused on what actually makes AI work in day-to-day operations: clear KPIs, deep integration, and a commitment to solving the most pressing pain points.
Beyond our product, we also talked about the broader digital challenges companies face: modernizing legacy systems, building strong data pipelines, and embedding AI where it genuinely improves decision-making. All the things that help organizations move from simple automation to true digital transformation.
Extending the Pool of Talents
In 2025, more of our clients began to truly recognize the strategic value of their data, and with that came a surge in data engineering and AI-based projects. To keep up with this momentum and deliver the level of expertise our clients expect, we strengthened our team with 37 new professionals over the year.
Since data engineering became one of the fastest-growing areas in 2025, our pool of talents was replenished by six data experts. Such growth expanded our ability to turn complex data streams into clear business impact for our clients.
At the same time, demand for flawless product quality rose sharply. Businesses don’t just want features to be delivered; they want to gain stability, accuracy, and seamless user experiences. This led us to grow our QA team with four engineers, ensuring every solution we deliver meets rigorous quality standards.
Looking Ahead to 2026
As we close the chapter on an incredible 2025, we feel immense pride in what we’ve achieved together: from transforming customer experiences with Velvetel to helping clients tame their data or expanding our proficiency in AI and blockchain.
Looking forward to 2026, we are excited to continue this journey, deepening our expertise and partnering with clients to turn the boldest ideas into reality. Here’s to the opportunities and collaborations that the new chapter will bring!
May this time of the year be filled with joy, warmth, and special moments with your loved ones. Wishing you a truly wonderful holiday season!
