One of our clients from this sector continuously works with us on a project where we build and level up a K12 education platform. Since 2005, Velvetech has been part of their tech team, which is a meaningful achievement in and of itself.

Rebranding the Flagship Product
Our gratitude list would be incomplete without mentioning Velvetel Pulse — a contact center product suite that got a new name. We’ve been working hard to give this AI-based solution a fresh look and feel, rebranding the entire product and upgrading its features.

Cultivating Knowledge-Sharing
Next, we’d like to share our gratitude for the networking experiences we happened to build this year. The first one was Creatio’s 2024 No-Code Florida, which provided a collaborative environment where we acquired new partners and strengthened bonds with the old ones.
Another event that captured our attention was the IMTS conference. It facilitated open communication among industry leaders and emphasized the role of technology in manufacturing. For example, low-code/no-code development is on the rise now, accelerating software adoption in the production sector and driving automation.

Finally, we recently attended the FIA Expo. This event was full of meaningful connections, and we had a great pleasure to take part in discussions around trending fintech topics. This conference proved that today, financial companies are eagerly embracing artificial intelligence (which soon promises to become superintelligence) and cloud solutions to optimize and advance their operations.

Expanding the Team
The company has been growing throughout 2024 and now counts more than 160 experts. They are mostly senior-level professionals who have already mastered their skills across core software development areas. Yet, they know there are no limits to excellence and thus strive to be the best.
The majority of Velvetech’s newcomers are ML Engineers. And that’s no wonder since there’s a spike in the number of AI & ML projects we deliver. Business Analysts are another big part of our newbies’ team, which is also quite natural, considering the growing number of projects and BA’s essential role in each of them.
The feeling of belonging to Velvetech is great, and we’re thankful to the company for providing each employee with so many opportunities!
