THE CASE

To connect top candidates with leading companies, 20/20 Foresight employees had to process literally millions of records. The company’s management was looking for a solution that could help its employees to process data faster. This way, the firm’s growth wouldn’t depend solely on the headcount.

Challenge

Velvetech had to build a solution that would help the company to process, cleanse, and enrich customer data within shorter time frames. Such a customer data technology stack would free 20/20 Foresight’s resources by taking care of rudimentary data processing tasks, saving the company’s operating costs.

Process

Velvetech implemented the customer data technology stack to facilitate data processing and cleansing at scale. The solution completely automates data handling and hooks with the company’s CRM to keep the records up-to-date at all times.

One of the top priorities on the project for 20/20 Foresight was to make sure customer data remains secure. To address this challenge and to prevent unauthorized access to the company’s mission-critical tool, Velvetech implemented a username & password authentication.

In addition, we implemented email notifications with performance updates and error logs. This feature makes it easy for 20/20 Foresight to keep tabs on the solution’s performance.
