The platform was featured at the RingCentral’s ConnectCentral 2018 event in San Francisco on November 12-14.

During the expo days, event attendees were welcomed to Velvetech’s booth in the Partner Pavilion. This year we shared a booth with XSELL Technologies, our AI technology partner. Velvetech was represented by our CEO, Yuri Yushkov.
Day 2 of ConnectCentral 2018 began with an extremely exciting news. RingCentral announced new Voice Analytics AI Partnerships with Gong.io, ThetaLake, and Velvetech to deliver real-time and post-call voice analytics services to global clients. We were pleased to note that Velvetech was listed as the only partner that provides services in real time.

RingCentral has a clear vision of AI’s potential in business communications and actively supports and facilitates adding AI-enabled voice analytics to its open platform. The value of newly established partnerships was extensively highlighted during the event.
Velvetech was invited to demo out our Real-Time Call Analytics Platform within the RingCentral’s ‘AI-Powered Communications’ session. We showcased the key features and capabilities of the platform and demonstrated real-time call transcription in action.
Velvetech has been actively working on implementing AI/ML technologies for extracting conversational data in real time. At the moment the solution is actively used by our client, one of the fastest growing insurance companies in Chicago, Insureon. The sales-intelligence solution was built on RingCentral’s open API platform by Velvetech and XSELL Technologies.
Real-time call analytics has allowed Insureon to leverage its best practices and experience to create a consistent sales approach across the entire staff. As a result, call agents with varying levels of experience could easily drive the conversation and get to the issues that are important to the customers.
